Questions people ask

What counts as an office seat?
Anyone with the admin, office or sales role. Engineers using the mobile app are field seats. Your customers' portal logins are free.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Settings at any time. Changes are prorated to the day. Downgrades keep your data; modules you no longer pay for become read-only until you add them back.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the UK rate. Invoices are VAT invoices you can pass to your accountant.
Where is my data?
In the UK, encrypted, backed up daily, and isolated from every other customer at the database. See the data processing agreement.
