Choosing a plan and managing seats
The trial
Every new organisation gets fourteen days of everything, including every add-on, with no card. When the trial ends your data stays exactly as it is, but the organisation becomes read-only until you choose a plan.

Prices are per month excluding VAT. Annual billing gives two months free.
Add-ons are flat per organisation per month: Warehouse and stock £39, RAMS £29 and Sales pipeline £19 on Standard; Contractor onboarding £19 on Standard and Premium; API access £29 on Premium.
Seats
An office seat is anyone with the admin, office or sales role. A field seat is an engineer using the app. Customer portal logins are free.
You buy a number of each at checkout. Inviting someone beyond your seats is refused with a message telling you which kind of seat you are short of; add seats in Settings → Plan and billing → Open billing portal and the change is prorated to the day.
Changing plan, cards and invoices
Everything after the first checkout happens in the billing portal: upgrade or downgrade, change seats, add or remove add-ons, update your card, download VAT invoices, or cancel. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organisation becomes read-only.
If a payment fails
We retry the card and email the admins. You have seven days to update the card before the organisation becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
